Returns Policy

  • Parts must be returned with a copy of the invoice.
  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A 20% restocking fee is charged against all returned or cancelled parts.
  • Parts must be in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used, installed, or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned parts that do not meet the above criteria.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part is special order from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% will apply.
  • Local pickup orders will be held for 30 days. If parts are not picked up within that time, orders may be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

  • Parts must meet the "Returns Policy" requirements to receive a refund.
  • Refunds do not include shipping fees. 

Warranty Policy

  • Parts are covered under warranty for 24 months/ 24K miles.
  • Contact us via email to initiate the warranty part return.
  • Specific paperwork is needed to process a warranty return. If a part is customer-installed, additional steps must be taken to ensure the warranty return is accepted.
