Parts must be returned with a copy of the invoice.

A 20% restocking fee is charged against all returned or cancelled parts.
Parts must be in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used, installed, or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returned parts that do not meet the above criteria.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part is special order from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% will apply.
Local pickup orders will be held for 30 days. If parts are not picked up within that time, orders may be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Policy
Parts must meet the "Returns Policy" requirements to receive a refund.
Refunds do not include shipping fees.
Warranty Policy
Parts are covered under warranty for 24 months/ 24K miles.

Specific paperwork is needed to process a warranty return. If a part is customer-installed, additional steps must be taken to ensure the warranty return is accepted.
